Shipping Info and Shop Policies
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped out Monday-Friday. Currently, our website doesn’t send shipment confirmation emails (sorry!). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days
All orders are sent out promptly by Canada Post Letter Mail or Small Package Service. Tracked Package Service can be available upon request.
Tracking numbers are available with Tracked Package Service, but not for letter mail or Small Packages.
Please note that the below are only estimates, and we are not responsible for unexpected delays in the postal system.

If you have paid for Tracked Package as your shipping choice, you will receive a shipping email with your tracking number. Canada Post tracking numbers can be used on both the Canada Post website and the USPS website, once the package has cleared customs. Please note that Canada Post Letter Mail and Small Packages do not come with tracking numbers.
Customs and Import Fees
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply to their order. International customs can also cause unexpected delays in delivery time.
Returns, Refunds, Exchanges
We accept returns and refunds on items that have been damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures of the damaged items and their packaging.
